Im not much of a cook, and im always on the go, so anyone wanting to share a good grocery list for things quick easy, and full of protein and calories, give me a hand...thanks.
 
Food

Eggs "hardboil them", tuna "I eat right out of the can or get miracle whip and make sandwiches", peanut butter, ham cold cuts, spaghetti, lipton rice, pink salmon, yogurt, oatmeal, etc., etc.
You have to do some cooking to have a good diet. I suggest getting a George Forman grill it works good for chicken breast and steaks. :p
 
thanks willy, i have like 1 hour free everyday, between college, work, and the gym. by the time im done with that its time to load up on rest. time to go shopping!

I`m in the same boat as you. It`s hard to find time to lift, prepare all the food and get the proper amount of sleep when you work 40 hours a week, and tryin to get the most college in without screwin yourself. Needs to be 30 hours a day not 24.:bawling:
