Grilled chicken! Need help

Does anyone know the facts of a grilled chicken? I eat about 2-4 a day. 1 is the size of my fist. Thanks so much! I am hoping each is about 20gs of protein.

Grilled lean chicken is about 25% protein.

So if you want each portion to have 20g of protein you have to use an 80g portion of grilled chicken.

I don't know about percentages by weight, but calorie wise...aren't lean grilled chicken cuts in the range of 90% or more protein?

Chillin, everyone I have talked to says this is THEEE best stuff. It's real food, not a shake, giving me wealthy amounts of protein grams(although I do take shakes). The best thing is, I get them for free!! And WHENEVER I want them. Thanks for the responses everyone. More is welcome.

The above comment doesn't make sense to me.

Are you trying to say that lean chicken is 90% protein?

Sorry, I wasn't being specific in regard to the chicken. I was referring to chicken breasts. Not the microwaveable kind, but the kind most people cook conventionally. Also I stated that I was refering to calories, not weight. The thighs and wings are probably a different story and I never refered to them. In addition, the processed chickens, the type that our microwavabale and have more than one ingredient usually have more fat along with a carb content(that the non-processed chicken breasts don't have). I've never looked up the macronutrient ratio to net weight.

Do you mean that lean chicken has 90% more protein than processed chicken?

I got confused when you mentioned calories, protein and 90% all together.

Personally I wouldn't touch processed chicken.
