Green Tea While Bulking

Green tea has a myriad of anti-oxidative, preventative and stimulating qualities - I take it year round...

If you're asking if it would change your bulking results, the answer is no. If health reasons are the concern than I dont' see why not.

Green tea has caffiene, something you may want to avoid (anyway, I try to avoid it). Anyway, to get the same anti-oxident benefits, try taking a melatonin each night before bed.

you could always take the extract in pill form right? yes you can

I have been taking melatonin which is a pill the you put to disolve under your tong. Has anybody taken it this way and as a regular time released pill. Which way gives better results. I seem to fall asleep quicker but I also wake up in the middle of the night.
 
is it best to take GT with meals? if so before during or after? also what about alcar? can i take this at the same time as GT

I would take it before a meal if your goal is to lean out, thus allowing for less room for the food you're about to digest - more likely to get the feeling of being full

I see a very talented psychiatrist and he says there is a doctor from Boston who has done extensive research on Melatonin. He says it has a couple dozen different effects on your brain, making you sleepy being just one of them.

It's a very dirty drug and my psych recommended against taking it. Just because it it natural and OTC people think it's good for you.

Be careful. I would go with Benadryl or Doxylamine Succinate.
 
well prior to my start of taking the melatonin I had insomnia for 7 years, minus 2 years I was on ambien. I have serious sleep problems. I guess with any medicine there are side effects. If my brains fried when i am 75 because of melatonnin then so be it. I mean all these guys are put steroids into there bodies so I know theres a lot worse I could be doing (no offense to you guys). I do not trust doctors unfortunately. My father is one and he only wants to prescribe rx drugs for my sleep. He gave me ambien and sonata for 2 years and I got addicted. He should have given it for 14 days like your suppose to. I wish I didn;t have to take drugs at all but insomnia has ruined my life physucally and metallly and in the last 2 weeks 1 mg melatonin (with some zinc and magnesium? has actually started to fix it.

Also for the guy that said something about benedryl. It makes me feel like I drank 10 beers the night before when I wake up after taking it.
