My bi-annual review is tomorrow, but they passed out the numbers today.

4% raise

$2,300.00 bonus!


The average raise is 2.75% so mine was above average there, also keep in mind I get another one in October.

Bonuses are hit and miss.. never guarenteed.. so the $2,300.00 is really unexpected! I've gotten bonuses in the past as little as nothing or $250-500.. then sometimes $1000-15000... and rarely $2000+

Sorry, I had to brag... I'm happy.

I almost forgot make sure to "Encript" your personal info with the transfers! A false "Corperation" works nicely for example!
