Try mixing one box of Mori-nu, lite, silken tofu, with 2 cans of tuna. Add 1 packet of Mori-nu eggless salad mix, add 4 tablespoons of lite canola mayo, or nayonaise, some sugar free relish, and some mustard. Mix it all together and let it chill. It is soooooo good. And SUPER low in carbs. It provides good fats and a wide spectrum of protein. Try it, you will like.
