I just want to tell everyone about a great exersise that did wonders for my leg stregth and size. It is called the squat. You first put the bar on top of your back and then squat down. Now here comes the hard part and you push up. If you cant do it with the regular bar then put the broomsick on your back and do it with that. You will feel it in your leg, TRUST ME!!!! Have fun!!
