It was almost like getting to play lick ball again! LOL. First I walk in my gym and their is a trainer friend of mine with a big grin on his face. So I go over to him and ask him what was so funny and he was like "Damn bro your getting fuckin rock hard. What is so great about it is that we are cycling at the same time so we both feel on top of the world. He's a cool 46 year old guy that has been juicing since he was 21 and was a bodybuilder in the past.
So after I get done talking to him I run into this old bodybuider friend of mine. He is about 51 in top shape(all natural) brings in an old muscle mag and shows everyone his cover page photo. This guy was in top shape and won in his devision a couple years. So this guys knows his shit. I have been trying to build more of a upper pecs so I asked him his advice on how to build the upper pecs the best way. This guy has some big ass upper pecs. So he decides to help me out.
So anyway, to make a long story short I had a hell of workout and that made my day!
