I took a 4 month lay off due to personal probs which some of you know and becuase of an injury. But it's really great to be back! Whoever told me that muscle memory is a powerful tool wasn't bullshitting me. I'm trying to take it easy because of my shoulder, but I'm already starting to fill out. This is my 3rd week of deca 300ml/wk. I WAS running dbol 30-40mg/ed but me and dbol don't mix. Can't even walk w/o gettings pumps (yeah I'm a bitch, haha). But I want to thank eveyone that encouraged me, it really helped me keep focused and determined. I would like to one day compete.

I'm right with you!! I took 8 months off due to injury, car accident and 3 job changes. I have just got into a constant schedule and been back for a little over a month!! Muscle memory is an awsome thing!!
 
today my chest routine went like this.
warm up: 2 sets/135/13-15 reps
set 1: 185x6
set 2: 205x8
set 3-5: 225x8

dumbell press 3 sets: 80(2 80's of course)x8

Incline bench
set 1: 175x8
set 2: 175x6
set 3: 175x6

Incline Dumbell Press
set 1: 70's x6
set 2: 60's x6
set 3: 60's x6

After that I was baked...i used to finish off with pec deck or flies but I was seriously burnt from that work out.
 
Glad you're back training pussy boy!! Shit and you still haven't taken off that damn pic in your signature!!! All good if you wanna look like a homo then you can. Just don't tell people we're friends or else The Almighty might get some ideas. :mad:
