I'm just finishing my last week of my 12 week test 500/ Deca 300/ Dbol 1-4 @40 and Dbol 9-12 @ 40 and Proviron @ 25 Ed. I am up about 18-19 lean lbs, so I am happy with the results.

I had asked about a month back about higher blood pressure readings that I was getting while on cycle (140-90) and it was suggested to try taurine supplements along with an increase in my water intake. Kudos to both of those suggestions, my BP has been betwwn 115/75 and 119/80. Wow, I dident expect it to go back to normal before the cycle was over. So try these two things out, they do work!

Good job; also, try adding potassium to your daily dietary intake:

Fascinating article and invaluable information Mr.X!

For those who haven't read the article, it explains an experiment performed by the author, who completely reversed 25 years of angina and lowered is blood pressure simply by taking large doses of potassium. The article reverses the stigma that posassium has as "dangerous" and goes on to show how important it is to get large quantities of this mineral every day.

I know the author personally - for almost a decade+ now - SYL actually did his own potassium intake experiment - amazing! I saw changes in his energy levels as soon as he started proper potassium intake.

He's about the only guy who does something before he writes about it...

yes the taurine thing helped me too big time.
and the potassium article mr x posted is a must read

Potassium is only dangerous to you if you are on certain prescription drugs. Which ones, I don't know, but the FDA limits its maximum supplementation allowance to 100mg so old people on these meds don't take it and cause VERY bad problems. But for a healthy adult male, you should have zero reason to worry about taking potasium.

Potassium is good for you, but the "lethal injection" that they kill you with in prision is Potassium, just an FYI. Too much potassium can cause lethal cardiac arrythmias. Just as too little potassium can. So please do not jsut start popping potassium tabs.

Thanx X, the taurine supplements I am using are taurine, potassium and magnesium. I'll read that article this evening when I get back in!

Sorry X, I must spread Karma around before giving to X again!
