I have seen some mention to supplementing this while cycling, to help with gains? Is there any truth to that? If so, how much are we talking about and for how long? Just curious.
Essentially, this increases the absorption of several classes of oral drugs (including 17aa orals) by deactiviting a gastrointestinal enzyme, CYP311. (at least i think this is the enzyme). So point being: drink 1-2 c of this with your orals.

Actually, its the P450 enzyme, and particularly the CYP3A4 isomer. It effects many drugs/herbs. 3 8oz glasses throughout the day; or 1 16 oz glass with ingestion of substance. However, it will also block or delay absorption of some types of pharms.

I forget how much he gained from his infamous grapefruit juice cycle but the gains were retarded (tee hee) to say the least. Also, he has conversed with President George Bush himslef via correspondence and thus is not someone to take lightly.
