I wasn't serious..thought I could fool you into thinking I might be serious when I threw in the part about g/f naringin being concentrated in the rind..which it is..and its the naringin which extends caffeines effects..kinda the basis for the morning g/f with black coffee diet..as for g/f juice and orals,this has to do with enzymes and what not..not sure if you get any added benefit by eating the rind
