bbkingpin New member Dec 8, 2002 #4 Granola has a lot of oil in it. It is as tasty as candy but much better for you. But keep in mind the fat content.

I don't know about post-workout, I doubt it's fast enough when digesting. The answer is NO. LK2 has a cash flow problem, so he has to settle for what he can get. Mr.X
