Basically anyone with powder access... a crimper, a nice color laser printer and a basic knowledge of kit coversion can have a lab.

No wonder so many are popping up.

I bet there are a lot of parents with no idea what little Johnny is doing in the family basement....
Since you never know which ones are the basement operations, I stick to the few that I actually know have a real chemist making their stuff. Risking my body to save a few $ just isnt worth it to me
