I've gained 50lbs on my bench, 100lbs on my squat and overall my body fat went down from 12% to 4% while my body weight went up 30lbs.

I just ordered some. Waiting for UPS to deliver it. Knowing UPS, I'm sure it will come right on time.

I'm not on creatine or any AAS. I'm going to test GPlenish on it's own. I'll post my estimation in a few weeks.
