Gov.Grey Davis... I couldn't believe this!

Russian KGB

I went on www.joinarnold.com and read this horrible story about Gov. Grey Davis not granting a parole to a woman shooting her husband who has been abusing her for many years and forced her to perform a sexual act on him in front of their child!!!
But I think the judge disregarded it and released her.

All the bad things he's done to the sate of CA, I can't believe thay kept him in the office for 5 years!

First thing Arnold did when he took office was parole a bunch of people. Some of them don't make sense.

Not "bunch of people" but 2 and he declined the rest. As for "murdering her husband" I don't blame her, she must have been on the edge, maybe if were were allowed to carry guns the murder rate would increse tremendously... just sitting in traffic puts on the edge at times, not talking about men...

She can get a divorce, or leave him and stay at her family's house. There's no excuse for murder. Only defense for murder is self-defense.

Arguable if it's justifiable to kill someone who is not trying to kill you.

The point is that one would think she would have had a chance to leave if he had been abusing her for years... which would have pre-empted the rape.

That murder is not justified... although perhaps the man did deserve to die.

furthermore, the 2 that he did have released were rejected numerous times by Davis, who was known for rejecting nearly everyone up for parole. prison is meant to be a place for rehabilitation, not punishment. as a social liberal of course Arnold believes this.

Arnold granted parole to a woman who killed her husband's mistress. I suppose she was being abused too. I can see killing the husband, but the mistress? What's up with that?

Talking about "mistresses", once I saw a nice new SUV driven by some mad woman and running into a parked empty car full force from both sides turning in into harmonica. The woman got arrested, but I heard it was a car of her husband's mistress!..
