Got sick, stopped tren...continue again?

I caught a bad cold and missed four days of daily 50mg tren ace jabs. Should I continue with it in Week 4 right now if I'm going to Week 6? Currently stacking with enanth and EQ.

IMO start it back up again for the time missed and maybe extend for one extra week.
