Got Sick and Just Did my Second Test Injection

I just did it last night and still went to work out. People at the gym(country club like gym) looked pissed at me for going there sick. But I have goals before summer. Would you keep going or stop only done one week of 500mg(doing 10 weeks)
 
If you're sick, training is not good for your recovery. I suggest taking some medicine, hot tea and sleeping it off for a few days.
 
what is it? a cold? flu? allergies?

if you're taking care of yourself (eating right, take extra vitamin c, lots of water, sleeping enough), you'll be feeling better in no time... if you feel well enough to work out, it may even help strengthen your immune system... if you are full-blown sneezing, hacking, etc.... stay away from the gym for a few days... it doesn't help you by going... and it doesn't sit well with others (let's face it, nobody wants to see someone sneezing on weights, wiping their nose and then hitting a machine).... I personally would continue the shots but maybe take off a day or two from the gym... recup and then you'll be able to hit the gym with full force
 
If you're well enough to work out, call around and find another local gym that offers a free 1 week trial membership. Atleast then you dont have to see them again after you piss them off hahaha.
 
I've faced this dilemma, and realized: There's no use in stopping the cycle at this point unless you're going to be out of the action for a week or more. Don't beat yourself up and go to the gym while you feel terrible, you're not going to accomplish much. Well said by Mr.X, take care of yourself and when fully better get into the gym... :)
 
I would say it was a bad cold coughing runny nose and nasal pressure out of this world. So ya'll would keep going huh(on the shots i mean) and just stop working out for till maybe monday?
 
just had a silimular problem, I took 6 days rest from the gym, kept my diet up adn had a few days off work.

Got back in the gym yesterday and feel great.

Depends how sick you are, you will only slow down your recovery rate if you don't rest.

See that is my problem sheesh I fed my cold yesterday. Everything I could eat plus I was watching the stupid Defensive driving video so I just ate and ate. It sucks too because I was doing so well on my diet but I a wussy sick person and just diidn't care and kept eating.

going off-diet for a few days while you're sick won't blubbify you.... you'll be fine.... take the time off.... get back to feeling 100% and you'll be able to lift better than ever
