lol... they don't sound like it but I assume they are still tube driven amps? PS v.h. rocks but I can get raunchier and more sonically sound tone out of my boogie 2ch dual rect.

Rectifiers were my second choice when amp shopping this week. Were the price comparable to the 5150, it would have made my choice more difficult. I plan on putting a voodoo mod in my 5150 for the added crunch.

Eddie no longer endorses Peavey, due some personal issues with them. So, no more 5150s will be made. Joe Satriani now has his endorsement deal and produced one hell of a good amp.

What's up with those fuckers? I noticed at the Kiss show last year that Paul Stanley was playing all their amps....I thought they made nothing but cheap crap. Must be paying Eddie an awful lot of $, that's all I can say.
