Is it ok to take fat burners if you arent fat? I am a small guy, somewhat cut everywhere except my stomach and sides. I think I would look much better if the layer of fat on my stomach was gone. The problem is I am also trying to get bigger. So I dont do too much cardio. (about 20 - 30 min light cardio/week) Can I take a fat burner and still gain muscle mass? Or will it suppress my appetite to much. Any suggestions?
