Did Derek ask you to post this? Because I'm pretty good friends with him and I wasn't so sure that he would like this floating around the boards. But then again I don't know who you are, and maybe he thinks this would be good for him. I just wanted to make sure that this was cool with him because I was thinking of promoting him, but wasn't sure if this would be a good way to go about it. No Flame here, just making sure that you checked with him first.
