No problem...

You may want to do some additional research. Some are in favor of doing very low doses of T3, others think its a waste, and some are absolutely against it.

When you mess your T3 there are always risk involved.

I used too high of a dose for to long and it shut me down hard.

how hard and how long did you cycle it? how long before you bounced bacK?
