What do you guys think? I just had 5 eggwhites with 1 yolk, small round steak cut up and sauteed with onions, red pepper flakes and cajun seasoning. I used vegetable oil.

But even though you are on low carb diet i still think you need carbs in the morning..............later over the day you could lower them or lose them completely, its just that no day is good without oatmeal or cereal with fruit bro....![]()
