What do you guys think? I just had 5 eggwhites with 1 yolk, small round steak cut up and sauteed with onions, red pepper flakes and cajun seasoning. I used vegetable oil.

thats all you need. For just one breakfast meal. You could almost split that into 2 meals at like 8am and 10 am depending how many cals. and protien you were trying to get in.
 
Right now I am trying real hard on getting used to consuming so much food. I think that if I try and break the meals up like that, I will get lax in eating the amount of food and calories I need to take in. I was thinking of clen t3 and YES. How long do you think I should wait until I start consuming those supplements?

haha. You havent given any goals or stats yet. Without that I couldnt tell you anything. Go on that comp thread I posted and write down everything about your diet/stats/goals/suppelments and then all of us will tell you what we think. Thats why I created that thread.

Sounds good, its the best way to digest food as you'll be constantly in catabolic stage......

But even though you are on low carb diet i still think you need carbs in the morning..............later over the day you could lower them or lose them completely, its just that no day is good without oatmeal or cereal with fruit bro.... :p

In your opinion, I should be eating whole wheat toast with my eggs. That will total 18 carbs in the morning. Is that enough? I don't want to take myself out of ketosis.

I'm doen the same thing on my low carb days(I'm zig-zagen), I also add Mushrooms and sometime I replace the round steak with Chicken. I use a little Olive oil along with pam

I dont think it would take you out of your ketosis to have up to 20-25 carbs in the morning.......i mean have some toast with your eggs (whole wheat of course)....it will give you some will to live bro :)

Not really on the keto, I've been on this zig zag sence March 6, striped off 3% I'm 5'-6" 190 9.6% as of 3\28 and I'm holding my muscle actually gained a little, with a little extra help !

A day = high protien 280g Mod Carbd 110g mod Fat 60g = 53%p-22%c-26%f
B day = drop the fat to 40g = 19%
C day = drop the carbs 90g and drop the fat to 30g = 66%p-19%c-15%F

carbs come form Grapefruit, oatmeal and sweetpotatos
Fats come from walnuts, falx oil and Red meat on A days only

Hears the order for the week

A-A-B-C-C-B-C then start over

That sounds interesting, the reason i am trying the keto is for the quickest results possible. I started at 263. I am down to 254. i have one more day of little to no carbs and then my carb up. I figure by time for carb up i will weigh 252-251. after the carb up 255. that will net me an 8lb loss for the week. I have a high bf percentage.

Advice is greatly appreciated
