Hello everyone! I rarely am very shy about posting on message fourms But I have been to many sites and fourms were I did not feel the information was too solid but after reading many posts here at EF It really appears to have many educated or at least experienced adults with ASS! Anyways, heres what I'm looking to do, Iv been training seriously for a solid 4years and a good 4years befor this I have always been active and did the usual pushups, pullups, squats just for the sake of being in shape when I was younger about 16-21 age. i am naturally a skinny guy i started at 146lb and 5,11 sense then I have been able to put on a good amount of muscle naturally with good diet, training, sleep. but for the most part for the past two years it has really been a struggle to put on every last oz of muscle I have always thought of using some type of synthetic but I really wanted to get a lot of time on my muscles so they could be well conditioned and I was really trying to milk my age as well in my early 20s
So here I am 26/ 5,11/175lbs/9%
Looking for some good suggestions for a first cycle! I have researched many types, brands for years but now I'm actually looking to give it a go here soon and some wise words would help a bunch
Here is something I was thinking
-500mgs test e EW for 10 weeks
-Dbol 15-20mg ED for up to week 6 then drop
-HcG starting 3rd week @250iu twice a week till 10days after last shot

clomid and nolva... how much?? but I think a guy said run this for around 3weeks after last HcG shot? sound right?
and maybe throw in some natural test boosters like the ones on this site?
