Good advice please!

Hello everyone! I rarely am very shy about posting on message fourms But I have been to many sites and fourms were I did not feel the information was too solid but after reading many posts here at EF It really appears to have many educated or at least experienced adults with ASS! Thanks for providing your services :D

Anyways, heres what I'm looking to do, Iv been training seriously for a solid 4years and a good 4years befor this I have always been active and did the usual pushups, pullups, squats just for the sake of being in shape when I was younger about 16-21 age. i am naturally a skinny guy i started at 146lb and 5,11 sense then I have been able to put on a good amount of muscle naturally with good diet, training, sleep. but for the most part for the past two years it has really been a struggle to put on every last oz of muscle I have always thought of using some type of synthetic but I really wanted to get a lot of time on my muscles so they could be well conditioned and I was really trying to milk my age as well in my early 20s

So here I am 26/ 5,11/175lbs/9%
Looking for some good suggestions for a first cycle! I have researched many types, brands for years but now I'm actually looking to give it a go here soon and some wise words would help a bunch:D

Here is something I was thinking

-500mgs test e EW for 10 weeks
-Dbol 15-20mg ED for up to week 6 then drop

-HcG starting 3rd week @250iu twice a week till 10days after last shot
PCT
clomid and nolva... how much?? but I think a guy said run this for around 3weeks after last HcG shot? sound right?
and maybe throw in some natural test boosters like the ones on this site?

Your cycle plan looks good to me. I would do 250mgs every 4-5 days as opposed to 500mg weekly. More steady blood levels.

For the dbol I'd go 20mg ED for 4 weeks. Let the test do the rest.



This is just me. Really, there is nothing wrong with what you have planned for the cycle.



Check out Sustain Alpha from Primordial Performance to go with yoiur PCT. It's good stuff. Real good stuff.

Thanks Buffguy, and yeah these PCT helpers like the Sustain Alpha have been what I was looking at along with a few others.. this is actually the first time i have seen guys implementing off the shelf products like this for PCT from what I have read! sounds like a good defense:)

Looks good, make sure your diet is in check.. this is something I know I strugggle with.. so just watch your foods and eat clean and let the gym do the rest.. good luck

Yeah I have always had great dieting skills Hahaha, my friends think I'm a fruit during bulking season(winter) as I call it:D

Time all my carbs, tons of Yams,oats,rice,potatoes,pasta

Meat!! chicken,steak,fish

and also lots of healthy fats, EFAs fish oil, olive oils egg yokes natural PB and almond butter!

Damn now I'm hungry again!

And I just ate my last meal about a hour ago!! I thought by 26 my metabolism would be slowing down.. I thought wrong:D
