pfft, Yeah,like the phone company did to me. lmao When I was through with them, they apologized and waived the bill.

Actually I had a water bill from the previous owners of the house when I moved in. I had a dispute with the water company and was almost shut off. lol I payed it though because the risk/reward was too high. I was doing a LOT of work on my house and did`nt want people snooping around the place for any reason.
