man mine is wanting to use my incredible swing to hit a 3 iron 210 (rolling) on a fairway shot.that 150-200 range really pisses me off. i have tiger syndrome. no such thing as a lay up.

it varies for me, from a links course and etc,

but 2 or 3 iron high cut....i have a steap swing plan so i tend to play too much of a draw with the long irons


remeber kids in the fairway is bertter then the ruff 10 yards up



= take out the 3 wood kids and put down the drivers

most pros go with 3 woods on the tight par 4s

Chaos, just adjust your club selecction so that you dont have to play that shot. I had the exact same problem. I have to hit 5-wood's off of the tee most of the time so that I have a 110 yard SW to the pin.

get a sand W edge and choke down a bit, closer stance, 3/4 swing finish low


finish low = high back swing

Since I started juicin I can't even hit a SW less than 150. I almost have to chip or flop from 75-100 yards. But yeah, I shot even par for nine holes doin what you said, hittin irons off the tee
