medical question how much benadryl is to much I need to get knocked the fuck out tonight these allergies are killing me.

there are several antihistamines used in a few benadryl named products, so i cant specify. the max dose specified on the box is normally WELL enough to put you to sleep, although there are instances of people taking much more safely. i wouldnt try to solve your sleeping problem by upping the dose. id go see a doc tomorrow and get a better drug
It says 2 but the thing is with 2 I am wake up several times in the night. One pill is 25mg of Diphenhydramine per pill could I take 75 or 100 mg safely?

You need some benzos - straight 12 hours of sleep no interruptions. It's almost like hibernating.

ok fine take 75, you should be ok...just this once, because if it isnt working, get better drugs, or fix whatever else it is stuffing up your sleep

Man i hate benedryl.....I used to use it when my allergies were bad....I would take 3 at night, but i would wake up like 3 hours later wide awake, for like 2 hours.....Take a 24 hour pill in the AM, and at night some nyquil....or xanax if you can get it.

yeah, clonazepam works the same as valium, with a different acvite life.
all those drugs work the same, so you choose the best one for teh job you want to do eg keeping someone asleep for 8 hours, use something like diazepam, which works around that long. for someone who is really anxious, give them something that works for a couple days, like xanax.
if the name of the drug ends in "pam" then its one of those. diazepam, clonazepam, flunitrazepam..blablabla
