Going to Tiijuana for the first time

DON'TS:

1) pay more than 50 pesos for a hooker
2) drink the water
3) pick up on the hookers with Adam's Apples
4) use duct tape on your balls to hide your vials

I wish someone told me about #3 before my last trip:mad: !!

DO's:

1) play it cool when crossing back over
2) go over with a chick
3) bring over only enough that would fall under the "personal use" category
4) buy other TJ crap---not just chicle
5) find a vet listed on the Ttokkyo site to go to

Hey bro, I usually make monthly visits and can help ya out. Ill email ya some tips tonight when I get off work... Also you might try emailing Slopain, probably the hands down Mexico (TJ) expert....

I go down probably once every few weeks. Remember to bring ID. My buddy forgot it once, not good. Be cool and stay away from the less public type areas. And I alsways like to hide a little extra cash just in case the copy try and roust me. And of cousre follow maxbiceps steps as well. Have fun

1. Go on a Friday and come back at night with the partying kids or go on a Saturday and do the same or come back during the day on Saturday with lots of trinkets (look like a tourist)
2. If you are superhuge - forget smuggling - get a mule
3. Make sure to only bring personal
4. Don't drive - it's a good way to lose your car (stolen or confiscated)
5. Don't attempt to bring back auxilliary meds along with gear. In other words don't declare a bunch of clomid and nolvadex and then try to smuggle gear. Auxilliary meds are an immediate tip off that you are a gearhead.
6. Travel with a woman(who doesn't look like a party chick) - pairs of couples works great
7. Dress like a tourist - preppy or some shit.
8. Don't let any street hustlers show you the place to get stuff - your price goes up immediately and you can find it on your own or from some bros on the board
9. When you cross back over have alot of trinkets and a bottle of alcohol and come back with alcohol on your breath.
10. Remember the order it helps to stay calm:
(1st) is INS they want to know if your an illegal alien
(2nd) is customs they want to know what you have - this is where you walk up and declare your items
(3rd) is where you pay alcohol tax
11. Buy your gear solo - don't go in with anyone else. Have a change of glasses or shirt. This way if any asshole narcs you off you will not be crossing solo or wearing what they have described.
12. Have enough cash on you in good hiding places to bribe your way out of trouble and enough cash to pay the fine if you get caught at the border ($500)

DO....

Wear a golf shirt and bring golf clubs. Say that you went golfing at REAL DEL MAR or BAJAMAR. That's a good scapegoat.

if you have a script...

what do you all think of this:

i have a buddy that's a doctor who is willing to write me a script for oxandrolone to cover my ass at the border if i get caught (he'll only do it if a swear i won't get it filled in the US - he's paranoid).

my question is, you aren't supposed to bring back vet drugs (e.g. ttokkyo oxandrolone) for human use, so what happens if customs catches me?

do they just take the meds? or do i get busted? or do they let me and the meds go?

any insights are appreciated.

Follow kidcrushs' advice. If yo are going to make up story on why you are down there, make sure there are NO holes in it.

If you follow the link below it will give you the address of one of the vets and some prices.

DOnt use duct tape on around the leg and under the balls......OUCH!

I made this mistake, and couldnt sit comfortably on the plane all the way home.

Here are some old posts that I have saved, but relax, it usually goes fine>

Smugglers Blues

The basics:

You are in a frioegn country. Be cool, be respectful.

Dont draw attention - especially while at the Vet or Pharm.

Dont buy a LOT of stuff, just a reletiveky small amount.

Dont park your car within view of the Vet/Pharm. If you walk out and into a car, its easy for someone to make a connection between you/gear/car and report ya to the border.

Change clothes/look after you viist the Vet/Pharm before going to the border.

Dont looked really different "big beard" or whatever - again, you will stand out.

Assume this ...... if you walk into a Vet/Pharm and walk out into a car which is within view, that someone may see you and call the border. Now, they might give a brief description of car, clothes, any traits about you which are different/unique.

So dont be different or unique. Change your shirt (maybe in the car on the way towards the border). Park way from Vet/Pharm.

this is why it is a good idea to go past tijuana, and down to an inland town, bordertown tj is known for being a trap, and this goes to prove it, this may be an isolated case but I say if you buy in TJ go at night, and then come back late with a good buzz.

Just take the necessary precautions and you'll be fine. If you see someone watching your business a little too closely just return to that place later or go to another. At the border...if you look guilty you probably are, hence a secondary inspection. If you do get inspected don't freak out. Hange loose, it might just be that you're car is lucky number 10. If it's routine they'll just look in the obvious places (glove box, map holders, under the seats, etc...) Chances are if they pull out the power tools to take your vehicle apart you've been narced. Then it's up to you as far as damage control. As far as that isolated incident mentioned earlier last week, well, my friends have come across with similar loads no prob.

Of course I had gear in the car, what the hell else is there to buy in MX...?!

I'm on a mass cycle and I wore a tighter shirt that usual (don't do this, I wasn't thinking...) and he was checking me out & my girlie. He just asked for me to open my doors, and started rumaging around with a flashlight. I was just cooler than the other side of the pillow, offering help, making conversation,...finally, he got more interested in my girlfriend's legs and cleavage and started flirting with her and let us go. I did not get referred to the secondary search area.

He wouldn't found it anyway, unless they started taking shit apart, but it still wasn't fun.

Hi John, OK here's the thing, if you can avoid being reported and have a relatively decent hiding place in your car, you will really have the odds in your favor.

If reported, chances are they will take your car apart, and it will be very tough not to get nailed.

Here's how I avoid being reported in TJ:

I cross back over at Tecate (about 18 mi. E on the M2) at around or just before 8 pm on weekends (shift change).

I will have changed my clothes & several hours or even days (if I go down to Ensenada) will have passed since my purchase.

Make sure to take the usual precautions around the farmacia/granero when buying. Then, depending on the car I drive, I will find a way to hide the gear that will require a thorough search to find.

For example, if your car has fold down seats, see if you can lift the carpet and find a "groove" or space in the trunk floor board(right where the seat folds down). If so, get a bar pad (for squats) and load you vials in it and close tightly.

Stuff the pad in the space, cover with the carpet and load a suitcase, gifts, bags, etc over the top of them.

Some cars, will have a head rest that makes it easy to stuff gear into, others can be altered to store gear.

They will look in the most accessible places first, stereo, console, glove compartment, ect. so I would stay away from there. You can always put your gear in shampoo bottles, ect., but if they're going through your bags, they may expect this method for smuggling as it is commonly used. Go ahead and ask any specific questions if you like, otherwise good luck and be careful. PAE

Uhh

I didn't see this one, but don't go to the pharmacy's right next to the boarder. Go to Revolution. It's easy and a lot safer to get gear there. I'm not gonna tell you my hiding spot, but most of my friends use a sunglasses case pouch and hook it around the buttton of their pants and just let it hang underneath their pants. Like someone else said go on a Friday or Saturday and then party all night with the kids and then come back across with them at like 3 A.M. When the boarder agent asks you where you are from just say USA, and have you story straight. Definately don't carry anything in your pockets.

Absolutely watch for fakes! All of those pharmacies in the area are visted by muscleheads so they know who their REAL market is - not the Mexicans who can barely afford one tab of Tylenol for their friggin headaches - it's US! And I've heard some shitty stories from friends who got taken big time, cause they know you're not carrying the "Big Book of Steroid Fakes"!

Just go through a reliable supplier who will always be there for you, never fuck you on the gear or the price.
