yep it hurts. but its fun as hell. you'll have small bruises probably. you'll probably get lit up by the double finger tapping kids with the $300 guns....but its fun. best payback on those is when you do get a kill.....lay into them with the paintballs. don't go for the sniper kill...just light them up til they say "I'm out!!"

Depends on the distance and the balls/gun used. I go every now and again, and I tell ya I pack on the clothing and still come home with bruises the size of lemons all over my body if I get hit... (but im good so I don't get hit often ) LOL..
