Going on vacation..NEED DIET ADVICE

I am going to Louisiana for a week, and need some dieting advice.

Currently, my workout is geared towards fatloss (workout 3-4 times a week, 4 days of HIT cardio, 6 meals a day).

My question is, would it be wise to change gears and do Atkins for the week that I am on vacation? Or should I just watch what I eat, and use the hotel gym for what it's worth? Any advice much appreciated.

Personally, I think it's cruel and unusal punishment to have to diet in Louisiana, home of great food.
You could just live on oysters for a week (joke).

If you're there for business, and carrying your little cooler of food around with you is inappropriate, I'd say just watch what you eat (how you're going to do that in the home of crawfish etoufee is beyond me), walk as much as you can, and use the hotel gym-ette.

Usless you're very low carb now, going Atkins will just make you feel shitty for a week, IMHO. If you haven't broken your diet in a while, like two months or so, you could just eat "normally" to recharge your metabolism.
