Well looks like vacation time is over. I had a nice three month break in there. Then the old company started hiring me to do contract work at a considerable mark up from what I was making before. Now they have offered me a fulltime position. I am going to accept because of a few factors:
1. Large increase in pay on the order of 20-30K per year more.
2. All new managment, they finally decided to run things like a normal company.
3. Job security, the independant thing is nice but not as nice as a regular paycheck.
4. I may be moving from middle manangement to upper fairly shortly.
Things that worry me:
Same ownership.
Unstable industry.
