Going back to the Darkside- Second Cycle need input!

So last year about this time I ran a 10 week cycle which consisted of 400mg cyp/400mg eq/25mg Var. Had great results put on a solid 20lbs while losing some bodyfat and increasing strength. Despite a more hectic schedule these days I have kept 15lbs to this day. Granted I'm not as strong Was repping 240lb for 3 on incline squatting 325 for reps and deadlifting in the high 400's at 6'1 205lbs.

So at the moment I'm 200lbs(10-12%) however, I want to experiment a bit I have abandoned real heavy lifting and have switched over to a higher reps/less rest routine. More supersets more cardio and a ton more core/agility work.

I'm considering the following

50mg Test Prop ED
25 or 50mg Var

6 weeks

PCT is in check. Debating on whether or not to use Aromasin or Arimidex while on. I used Arimidex last time at .25mg every other day.

The Goal:

Body Recomp while maintaining weight or perhaps dropping 5lbs, I want to drop Bodyfat and keep my strength level. Is the prop dosage too high for this?

ANY input is much appreciated as is Dietary advice. I've been 'priming' for the last 3 weeks. No carbs after 5pm.
 
i think that would be good. your diet is going to play the deciding factor though. post up your current diet.
 
This is an approximation of my diet at the moment. On my last cycle I was consuming approximately 500gcarbs/300g protein/150g fat but I was also training MMA in the AM and working out in the PM. So my carb intake was much less approximately 2 months after PCT. Here is what my diet usually consists of.

7am
Whey w/ skim organic milk
almonds
Thick Rolled Oats
Banana

9-10am
Can of Tuna
Oats

11an-12pm
Turkey Sand which with lowfat/low sodium swiss
Cottage cheese

Workout 1-2pm

PWO
Whey w/skim orangic milk
banana

Take a shower then eat usually some sort of carb(pasta/brown rice) with some sort of whole protein source chicken/fish/etc

6pm
Spinach/spring mix with chicken or tuna

8pm
cottage cheese

11pm
plain soy milk w/casein

I workout 3 days a week at the gym. 1 day at home I do medicine ball/bodyweight stuff as well as hip/core work.

Its been quite an adjustment for me to cut carbs after 5/6 as my body craves the carbs.

So my question is twofold am I running too much prop and var?
Would I bet better off running 75mg EOD of prop and 25mg of var? I was considering 75mg prop EOD and 50mg of var. I only have 25mg pills so I used to take it a couple hours prior to my workout. If I do run 50mg should I split it? or should I just run it like i was running 25mg. Also.. I have heard that Adex is bad for your lipids/joints and though I've run it in the past I'm considering not running it at all. Thanks for the input.
