Fish do you hunt crocs for sport or for another reason?

Its sport, but also quite lucrative. Not a lot of waste on an alligator. Gator tail is a staple in a lot of the fish camp restaurants, and the skin is an excellent leather.

Alligator hunting used to be illegal but they got too prolific, so now there's a permit lottery and a limited number of permits issued.

Fishtales is the DragonSlayer, not I. I just murder Bambi and the occasional Donald duck and turkey. Besides all the grouper, snapper, cobia, speckled trout, redfish, trigger, black drum and tarpon I can find!

Good point. They hang out in the mudflats along the intracoastal waterway, and eat fish as the tide lowers and the fish are landlocked. Oh, I forgot, Manateeburger is excellent.

I have an uncle (younger than me) that put his rifle down the day he shot his first deer, and never touched it again. To me, hunting is about the camaraderie. Dad and I enjoying some of our last few years together. Our hunting camp is family only, and its one of the few times I get to see all my relatives together without it being a funeral.

Life eats life, all multi-celled organics survive on nutrients stemming from another life form.

I love PA...used to live outside of Altoona. I got elk around my house as well, though the hunting permit is a lottery...as well, a few moose around

Pennsylvania imported Elk from Vermont a few years back and they are allowed to be hunted now via a lottery system. The Pennsylvania Elk has been extinct since the 50's.
