The latest Newsweek poll shows that 91 percent of American adults surveyed believe in God.

Doesn't seem to be the case around these parts.

A lot of people I find believe in God as a saftey net. They seem to think that if there is one, they will be on the all-clear to goto Heaven because they didn't deny it, even though they never sat one day in Church, prayed, and all that hoopla.

People at work used to give me a hard time about being Agnostic, till I finally grilled one of them during work. I think 90% at of supposed Christians at work haven't been to church in a year to two years for service. They believe out of pure fear of going to Hell. I feel sorry for em.
