Clean shaven.

I can't stand facial hair and since moving to the south it seems everyone has some sort of facial hair. Honestly some of these guys look scruffy and think they look good.

Ditto. I think if you're young and maintain a "shadow" or a close-cut beard, it can look good. But, at some point, a beard just makes you look old. I ran into a friend yesterday who I didn't recognize because he's grown a full, bushy beard. The guy is about 40 and now he looks like the Unabomber.
