GNC Mega Joint

hey there

I usually don't like GNC stuff, and actually, I usually cut their products up, however, i did some research on the joint repair product called Mega Joint, and it looks like the ingredients in it are farily good.....

Have any of you ever used this product? Is it any good? I need to get a joint repair supp, but I figured I'd ask before i head to the dreaded GNC....

the mega joint is actualy a good product. Glucosamine
does not have good absorption(I've read around 10%), so the Effervescent makes up for that. even if the Eff. does nothing for absorption, at least it is in power form which will help some what.
I think it is a good prouduct if you want results right then and their, but after a month.......go with the pills.

Get some injectable glucosamione. this will cure the problem of bad absorbtion

Triflex is also another good product put out by GNC, Glucosomine, Choindroitin, and MSM, not sure on the potencies, i will get back to you
