glycerol -- glycerine

hello fellow meatheads -

i haven't posted here in a VERY long time, but
i had a question that perhaps some of you could
answer --

i used to take "glycerol fuel" by twinlab and loved
it, but now i can't find it anywhere. they apparently
discontinued it. i have read that glycerine is that
same thing as glycerol and wanted to try it, but
the bottle says it should not be consumed.

does anybody know if these two things are the
same and if glycerine can be ingested?

Glycerin and glycerol are the same. You should be able to get glycerin at Eckerd's or something - super cheap.

Yep, same thing. I pick up mine at a local health food place. Its pretty cheap.

what does glycerin/glycerol do?
