I know glutamine is good for recovery, but do you have to have very intense workouts for it to help? What are some good dosages and times to take it? And is that all glutamine is good for? And yes I know all workouts should be intense. So dont give me a flame for that .Any expertese would be helpful. I am a kinesiology major and am just tryin to learn as much as possible .Thanx!!

it's not going to NOT work if you don't break a nutt in the gym, most take 20 mgs a day(me included) broken into,5mg when you wake up,5mgbefor training,5mg after workout, and 5mg before bed.now this said by some to be overkill, but depends on you.try just taking 5mg before and after training(the two most important times).see how that works for you.hope i helped a little..........
