glutamine?

have never really used it but i went into a vitiman world today and they had 3 bottles of the tabs marked down to $4.50 origanaly was like $32.00.i bought all 3 bottles,is it any good and how would i take it,before w/o,after w/o.i think each chewable is like 500mg.

i usually take it when i wake up, after workout, and before bed. i would take at least 5g each time for about 15-20g a day.

Is it L-Glutamine or Glutamine peptides?

I think it really aids my recovery when I'm off cycle but I wouldn't waste my time while on b/c you won't need much help with your recovery then.
