I have heard conflicting reports about glutamine pulling you out of ketosis when cutting. I'm trying to save muscle on a cutting cycle but I don't want to breach ketosis if I can help it. Ketostix have been a poor indicator for me since 4 days on ~10-20g carbs showed no ketosis, and I find that hard to believe. Is there any difinitive answer to the glutamine conundrum or is it different for everyone?
