Glutamine and exactly how do I take this.

I was wondering how exactly is the best way to take this stuff. I have done it before but I was never to specific about doing it. Should it be at night, morning, with water, juice, in my protein shake post workout. Help my out guys, I tried the search but I really found nothing.

do it right after you workout mix it with your protein shake,and take it with a low carb shake before you go to bed.

Take 5g of Glutamine in between meals - preferably on a empty stomach - Aim for 20-25g / day for results.
