Hey Bro,

L- glutamine is king!!

When I am getting ready for a contest and I do not take L- glutamine I always get some kind of illness.

But when I take it I never seem to get any type of cold.

Good to help with your immune system and muscle recovery. I take it right before I go to the gym and workout and a little while after I am done with training and get home.

Body By ME

So, basically, you take them 2 hr apart - the article claims the best time to take glutamine is right before bedtime. Taking them both at the same time x's one or the other out.

From what I've read...........free form L-glutamine is best taken on an empty stomach.

Glutamine peptides you can get away with taking w/ food

I think the study stated that :

Creatine and Glutamine depend on many of the same substrate carriers and co-transporters. When the two are competing with one another for the same carriers, one wins and one loses.

hope that helps clear things up!!

If you point out such facts, then don't show me a website from the WORST website I've seen when it comes to facts--bodybuilding.com; show me studies. Bring some science to the table, otherwise all being said is useless.
