I've just started my training programme and am beginning to feel the DOMS, especially from the squats.
Now, I've read about the potential usefulness about Glutamate in reducing soreness post-workout.
For those of of you who have tried it, would you recommend it?
Have you noticed a difference in terms of recovery?
