I'm a bit skeptical about this stuff but I might give it a try one day...
why skeptical? has there been evidence to show that glutamine is ineffective when used as a supplement?

From my own experiences, I've found that L-Glutamine is completely useless as a bodybuilding supplement. G-Plenish is supposed to be different but still...I'm skeptical.

how do you feel about creatine?

Creatine obviously works for a lot of people.

However, it does not do shit for me.
fuck I'm the same way.

Have you found any supplements to work well for you?

I'm going to try PurcEE.. have a bottle, just haven't tried yet.

I actually gained 6 lbs while on reduced calories when I was taking Rebound XT. I don't know if that's what caused it or not. The weight gain was a bit of a phenomenon to me because nothing like that has ever happend before.

I do think it's a solid supp though. I'll be back on it again in a few weeks (got 4 free bottles from a recall) so I guess if I see good gains again, it's legit.

So it looks like it be the eqivalent of taking an Anti-E. It could marginally boost testosterone levels I suppose.

I've seen some fairly significant increases from a few peoples blood work.

my point is that you could likely get the same effect from taking a cheaper anti-e, something produced by a pharmaceutical company too.

True the lipid profile is something to keep an eye on with something like arimidex or letrozole.
