Glucosamine?

Seems to be helping me. It's not very expensive. Couldn't hurt to give it a try.

Either that, or dump the skulls. I did that, too.

Does this bullshit actually work? My joints, especially elbows when trying to do heavy skulls are fucking killing me!

Fuck that, Skulls are the staple of my Tricep Routine, I'll give it a shot. If all else fails, Deca time.

Works great for me too. If I didn't practically mainline the stuff when my joints act up, I'd move like Ozzy.

Paulos, if regular glucosamine doesn't cut it for you, you might look into getting some with MSM (methyl sulfonylmethane) or CM (cetyl myristoleate) added. They're supposed to potentiate the effects of the Glucosamine. Mine has all 3, and it's literally near instant relief.

Any specific brand name or product for this one?

Glucosamine & Chondritine in combination work wonders, also for the more adventerous DMSO is a great joint lubricant.

My glucosamine is Nikken Joint Complex softgels, which is ordinarily pricey, but my mother was a distributor for them, and can buy at a substantial discount. I think that's the only brand with cetyl myristoleate. Labrada makes a powdered drink mix called ElastiJoint with methyl sulfonylmethane and chondroitin, though, which should be just as good.

Hope it works out for you. We take our mobility and health for granted when we're young.
