Glucophage??

Glucophage improves insulin resistance. It acts, in the presence of insulin, to direct carbs into muscle and peripheral tissue and away from adipose tissue. As we age, we become insulin resistant. this has nothing to do with the amount of insulin we produce. It has to do with the effectiveness of the insulin on peripheral tissues and muscle.

Minimum doses are 850mg twice daily before a meal.

good stuff

Comes highly praised from Big A over at RippedMass. He recommends 500mg with mod carb meals, 1000mg with high carbs, and 1500mg at the all you can eat Pizza Hut buffet. I also believe that if your insulin resistance is improved, then your body will produce less insulin over time. Supposed to make your muscles very full and pumped feeling after use.

insulin has been known to cause fat deposits. does glucophage do this as well? it looks like glucophage works like ALA, and im assuming its more cheaper than ALA. which would be better to use, ALA or glucophage?
