glucophage/metformin vs ALA

has anyone done both products? which one yields the best results in terms of fat loss/prevention, pumps and fullness.

i want to try slin but im going to begin at the bottom with metformin. plus, metformin is alot cheaper than ALA

metformin didn't do shit for me. ALA seems to work well though, but i swear it gives me ALA gut. maybe i just got fat. lol.

i use them all metformin , Ala , vs

first week
i use ala only in carb up after 24 hour My mucles look full

2nd week
i use metformin with ALA
1200 befor meal + 500 mg metformin
in this week My mucles not look full

last week i use only metformin
500 befor every meal also My mucles not look full

so i will use ala in carb up after carb up i will use metformin + vs to get back to ketosis or use some insulin


note
i use ala befor meal 30 min dosage 1200
my total dosage for day 1200 X 4 = 4800
no side effect becuase i only use then 1 day week

Glucophage didn't do nothing for me, but made me tired as hell. Ala gives me great pumps and has allowed me to stay at 8% bodyfat for 1 year with eating 4000 calories a day using doses 2.5 to 3 grams daily.
