gluccorel-R & tylers detox question

just received my shipment. want to start taking both now. how much of each do most use?

not sure about tyler's but for gluccorel-r take 15 mins prior to meal and 1 tab per 30g's of carbs.

thanks. do u always stay on the tylers? i've never took any kind of detox. i think it's a good idea for me to start now. started gluccorel r today.
