Glandular gyno?

Hey there ... just curious here. My bro thats having some gyno problems and is treating it with letro etc's lump is a soft squishy almost veiny mass directly behind the nipple. Hes lean as hell, doesnt have fat pecs or anything ... but this little spot is the only soft part on his chest. Id assume this gyno is just an enlarged gland and not fatty breast tissue developping. Maybe im missing something, but are there different types of gyno (fat, gland mass, etc) and is the way to treat these the same? The letro has trashed his sex drive, hes thinking of adding proviron ... I cant see that hurting before he switches to AIFM. thnx

Could be a number of things.Might be glandular enlargement,although often times this produces the HARD,lump-like deposits just beneath the nipple/arreola.Could be some estrogenic fat-patterning being locally prevalent in the ER/lipid masses,or could be a prolactic influenced build-up of fluid.

In any case,sounds like he is on the right track by having AIFM on the way,and a couple of tabs daily of Proviron would be awesome as well,particularly for his sex-drive.
