Giving Blood?

Heard that there are benefits...what are they? And also if you're taking certain sups, ph's,sarms,steroids,or anything that stays in your blood is it safe to donate?

Giving blood can be good for males as it helps us get rid of some iron that can build up, specially from our diets.
As far as anabolics etc, I wouldn't be on anything hepatoxic as no one really knows how much of what is in the blood will get to the receiving patient.
I would think being on test would be okay unless they don't let TRT guys donate?
