will somebody please help me!.....my arms are laggin, for some reason my arms develop half as fast as the rest of my body...my usuall bicep workout begins with 4 sets of the preacher curl and then seated incline dumbell curls. i swiytch the seated curls up with standin curls once in a while, but the preachers are a mainstay....any ideas please!!!

Try doing more back/chest exercises and do only 1 set of arms afterwards--- You may be overtraining your arms bro. Give it time to rest/grow.

Deadlifts/Squat/Benchs will stimulate arm growth bro. Go hard at 'em.

if your always doing the same workout your muscles will become accustomed to it and not react anymore, you need more variation in your program. throw in some shocking methods. you could try out EDT, gained .75" on it in 3 weeks before i had to stop for football.

it looks like overtraining, however my results speak for themselves. good luck

focus form lighter weight.
make it hurt through focus and concentration rather than from adrenaline and rush.

Lean is right, focus on your form. Increase your reps, get that burn in the muscle.

I train my arms once every four days..I superset bi's and tri's.
Currently my arms are 20 inches. I never try to throw weight with arms, if the form gets bad, the weight goes down. I need to feel the contraction.

How are your pumps on arm days? If you are getting a really good pump chances are that you are not overtraining.

It is possible to undertrain also, you just don't hear much about that these days.

Biceps recover very fast.

Just to reitterate what's already been said above.. form is CRITICAL! I see people every day in the gym who think they need 50 pound dumbells for arm curls. With just one small movement (and a HUGE arch in your back) you suddenly switch all the focus of a bicep curl into a shoulder exercise. So make sure you focus on that pump as already stated. Good luck!
